Class Choir
Dear 1982 Reunion Classmate,
In June, we will gather together as a class to reconnect after 25 years. In addition to the usual festivities, we will also pause to remember those classmates who have passed away. The Class of 1982 Memorial Service will be held Saturday morning, June 9th at 11 am.
We invite you as a singer to participate in the Reunion Class Choir. We'd join together to perform one or two anthems and lead hymns for the congregation during the service. Possibilities for repertoire include a movement of the Brahms Requiem, which many of us performed at Harvard in 1981. Jim Marvin, Director of Choral Activities, has agreed to conduct. We'd rehearse immediately before the service on Saturday morning.
There will be more details forthcoming, but I'd like to ask you in advance to consider being a part of the Memorial Service as part of the Reunion Class Choir. Your participation will help make this service a beautiful tribute to our departed classmates.
Thanks in advance, and please let me know if you have any question and if you would like to participate in the Reunion Class Choir.
