Departure & Checkout
All rooms must be vacated by 3:00pm on Sunday, June 10th. Please note that the 25th Reunion Headquarters will be closed at 3:00pm. All students go off duty at this time and all dorm rooms and houses are promptly locked.
If you requested University housing for only Wednesday night and were assigned to a Yard dorm, please vacate your room(s) by 7:00 am on Thursday due to Commencement Day activities in the Yard.
If you are leaving on Friday, please be aware that cars will not be admitted to the Yard after 4:00 pm and parking near the Houses will be strictly monitored due to the "senior move-out."
You may wish to have a Reunion van pick up you and your belongings and drive you to your car. Ask at Reunion Headquarters, with a day’s notice, for a bellhop and driver to assist you in moving out.
Your luggage may be stored in Loker Commons until 3:00pm on Sunday, June 10th.
